After my first Reshade I heard the feedback and tried to convert as much of it as possible.
The result is - in my opinion - a realistic TV like Reshade with good performance.
(please keep in mind that the visuals can pending between different stadiums, weather conditions and lighting - other stadiums might have other visuals)

Installation :
Put the content of the folder into your Pes 21 folder (where the .EXE is located)
(ignore warning that some effect could not been loaded)
(if it somehow don't work install Reshade normally then paste my file into the Pes folder and replace if asked)
