Update 1.4 changes:
* last update before winter transfers (v2)

- Database updates.
updates in the database includes addition of youth teams and new signings, apply corrections in players attributes, removed retired players (pepe, kroos) from national teams, fixed some goalkeepers gloves and other minor corrections.

- Graphic updates and fixes
every update contains more updated kits and other minor details that is found or reported.

- Fixed Copa America in career mode
a reported issue concerning the Copa America not proceeding to knockouts is now fixed.
