In collaboration with @giox92, we have finalized and integrated all the necessary files to ensure that every match conveys the authentic atmosphere and realism of Italian football.
Features:
This mod completely reworks the original commentary of Caressa / Marcheggiani, replacing it with a dynamic duet of Sandro Piccinini and Massimo Ambrosini, enriched with additional remarks from the field for a more immersive experience.
What's new in version 2.0:
All audio files for PICCININI, AMBROSINI and CALLNAMES have been completely replaced, while the original commentators have been completely removed.
The commentary includes a wider range of dynamic phrases, which makes the gameplay much more exciting.
ALL LANGUAGES: You will get Piccinini's commentary for matches played in Italy, as well as foreign commentary for away matches abroad (eg French commentary in France, English commentary in England, etc.).
ITALIAN ONLY: You will have Piccinini's and Ambrosini's commentary everywhere, regardless of your location.
How to install (select the desired option):
ALL LANGUAGES (all languages):
Open the archive you downloaded and copy the entire commentary-server folder to sider/content.
Copy the commentary-server.lua file to sider/modules.
Open the sider.ini file and add the following line:
lua.module = "commentary-server.lua"
Copy and replace the dt41_ita_all.cpk file in the Data folder.
Copy or replace the ita folder in your patch database folder located in the livecpk directory.
ITALIAN ONLY:
Copy and replace the dt41_ita_all.cpk file in the Data folder.
Make sure to deactivate the commentary-server module if it is active.
Set the commentary language to Italian in the PES settings.
Copy or replace the ita folder in your patch database folder located in the livecpk directory.
