Fixed: Ball displacement scaling rebuilt with 4 safety layers - resolves bounce, pop-up, and broken kicks from 0.3f
Fixed: Kick/set piece ball positioning excluded from Ball Control scaling
Fixed: Negative ball offsets preserved (intentional "ball behind" animations)
Tuned: Ball Control scaling refined from feedback (1.5m base, not theoretical 2.25m)
Tuned: Scaling factor reduced from 0.015 to 0.008 per stat point above 50
New: Ball physics tuner - 9 engine-level constants exposed via Sider (gravity, bounce, air drag, kick speed, collision, pass power)
New: Real aerodynamic drag equation parameters tunable (air density, cross section, drag coefficient)
New: Collision floor (0.45m) and factor floor (0.55) for ball displacement
