What it does
985+ ready-made nets - clubs, national teams, competitions, stadiums, retro (2000s / 2010s) and fantasy sets.
Right net, right match. The module picks the net by stadium, then competition/round, then team - so cup finals, neutral grounds and the World Cup all get the correct net automatically.
Live editing. Edit a net in Notepad, press [0] in game, and it changes on the spot. This is the part that makes building your own nets actually enjoyable.
Full physics control - bounce, movement, shape, depth, number of ropes, mesh pattern, colour and net sound, all per preset.
FPS-aware. Nets are tuned for 60 FPS; the module rescales the physics so they behave the same at 120, 144 or 240.
FIFA World Cup 2026 - all 16 host stadiums, cycle between them live with PageUp / PageDown.
It does not crash. A typo in a preset is logged as a warning and falls back to a safe default. Press [V] in game and it lists every broken name for you.
New in v0.6.1
All presets are now plain text files in modules\goalnets\presets\. You never have to open the .lua file again.
Sharing nets is now trivial. Built a set for the Premier League? Save it as PremierLeague.txt, post the single file here, and anyone can drop it into their presets folder and use it.
Validation system. Bad names, missing fields and broken map entries are reported clearly in sider.log instead of silently doing nothing.
The old [9] hot-reload key is gone - [0] now reloads everything.
Installation Installation
using
PES 2021 Sider 2026 v7.4.1 .
1. Copy the livecpk folder to the sider folder. (In FL23/24/25/26 this is the SideAddons folder.)
2. Place the goalnets folder in the Sider\modules folder.
(The folder contains the files goalnets_25-26.lua, map_clubs.txt and map_competitions.txt)
3. Add these 2 lines to the sider.ini file:
cpk.root = ".\livecpk\goalnets_25-26"
lua.module = "goalnets\goalnets_25-26.lua"
IMPORTANT !!!
This mod cannot be used with other network mods, so you must remove/disable all other mods (nets.lua, nets-server.lua...) before installation!
